Maintenance Supervisor – Food Tech

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of electrical equipment and systems within our food‑technology facility in Birtamod, Jhapa. The successful candidate will ensure that all machinery operates safely and efficiently, supporting our commitment to high quality standards and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance for all electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production and engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and industry regulations.
• Proven ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lead a technical team.
