Production Coordinator / Management Trainee – 3D Feature Film

About the role

We are seeking an organized and driven Production Coordinator/Management Trainee to support the smooth execution of our 3D feature film animation and VFX projects. You will work closely with Production Managers, Supervisors, and department leads to keep schedules, resources, and communications on track.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule projects and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Track team quotas, daily reports, and progress against targets.
• Manage leave requests, administrative compliance, and time‑tracking for the team.
• Coordinate with department leads to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Communicate status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support team morale and help resolve interpersonal concerns constructively.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or production management.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Background in animation, VFX, or a creative production environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using project management tools.
• Familiarity with ShotGrid, Ftrack, or similar tracking software (nice to have).
