Production Supervisor – Lubricant Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our lubricant manufacturing line in Dhanusha. The role involves overseeing daily production, ensuring quality and safety standards, and optimizing resource use to meet output targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily production activities to achieve set targets.
• Manage manpower, machinery, materials and workflow efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and operational standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores and other departments.
• Optimize resource utilization and minimize production waste.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures on the production floor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related engineering field.
• 4–5 years of experience in automobile, petrochemical or lubricant manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
