Admissions Officer – Student Counselling

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Admissions Officer to join our education consultancy team. In this full‑time position you will guide students and parents through the entire admission journey, from initial counselling to final enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised counselling to students and parents on courses, institutions, study destinations, entry requirements, fees, scholarships and admission procedures.
• Manage enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media and walk‑ins; collect, verify and organise required documents.
• Prepare and submit applications, monitor progress, and keep candidates informed of status and decisions.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM, follow up regularly, and convert enquiries into applications and enrolments.
• Achieve individual and team enrolment targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Assist students with offer letters, acceptance steps, fee payments and enrolment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain confidentiality of student information.
