AI Video Marketer

About the role

Dyangai is seeking an AI Video Marketer who can blend creativity with data‑driven decision‑making to deliver measurable results. You will own both paid and organic video campaigns, continuously testing and refining to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid and organic video marketing campaigns.
• Develop ad angles, offers, audience segments, and detailed campaign briefs.
• Monitor key metrics, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns in real time.
• Translate data insights into improved ads, landing pages, and overall strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to test new video content and creative concepts.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in marketing, paid advertising, or both.
• Proven track record of delivering results; must be able to share specific campaign outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable experimenting and iterating based on data.
• Understanding of audience targeting, CPA, ROAS, lead generation, and growth metrics.
