Brand, Marketing & Experience Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Brand, Marketing & Experience Manager to lead integrated brand, marketing and customer experience initiatives. The role will strengthen brand positioning, drive impactful campaigns and create engaging experiences across multiple touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand positioning, communication and consistency across all channels.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, activations and engagement programs.
• Design strategies to improve customer experience and brand engagement.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors and external partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback and marketing KPIs.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor the marketing/brand team.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations for senior management.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in brand, marketing, customer experience or integrated marketing roles.
• 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience managing campaigns, events, activations and customer engagement initiatives.
• Strategic yet hands‑on mindset with strong analytical and data‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools.
