Business Development Officer – Education Partnerships

About the role

LCCI Global Qualifications is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to expand its portfolio of education and professional programmes. The role focuses on building partnerships with schools and educational institutions, especially for Cambridge English and Early Genius programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities among schools and other educational partners.
• Conduct school visits, presentations, programme demonstrations and follow‑up activities.
• Generate leads, manage prospects and maintain an organised sales pipeline.
• Build and nurture relationships with school management, principals and coordinators.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and other business development materials.
• Represent LCCI‑GQ at education fairs, events, workshops and conferences.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Maintain records and reports of sales activities, meetings, leads and conversions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or the education sector.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for school visits and business development activities.
