Counselor – Educational Consultancy

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Counselor to join our Educational Consultancy in Kathmandu. The role involves providing guidance and support to students and parents, helping them make informed decisions about academic pathways and career options.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one counseling sessions with students and parents.
• Assess academic records and career interests to recommend suitable programs.
• Organize informational workshops and seminars on education trends.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with school partners and educational institutions to stay updated on admission requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer literacy for record‑keeping.
