Demand Planner – FMCG Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for forecasting demand, optimizing inventory, and supporting the S&OP process across our fast‑moving consumer goods portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual demand forecasts by SKU, brand, pack size, channel and region.
• Drive the monthly S&OP/Demand Review process.
• Forecast demand for noodles, snacks, beverages and beer categories.
• Analyze seasonality, festivals, promotions, market trends and competitor activities.
• Optimize finished‑goods inventory to minimise stock‑outs, excess and obsolete stock.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and Finance.
• Support production planning, capacity utilisation and peak‑season inventory build‑up.
• Develop dashboards and reports on forecast accuracy, bias, inventory days, fill rate and service level.
• Assist with new product launches, SKU rationalisation and product phase‑outs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, BBA/MBA or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning or S&OP within FMCG manufacturing.
• Experience with large SKU portfolios and multi‑plant operations is an advantage.
