Digital Learning Content/Instructional Designer

About the role

O.L.E. Nepal is seeking a creative Digital Learning Content/Instructional Designer to develop interactive, curriculum‑aligned digital learning materials for subjects such as Math, Science, Nepali, and English. The role focuses on transforming complex concepts into engaging, student‑centered experiences through gamification, simulations, animations, and hands‑on digital activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive math lessons covering arithmetic, geometry, algebra, statistics, and problem‑solving.
• Create hands‑on digital experiments, simulations, and interactive content for physics, chemistry, biology, and environmental science.
• Produce language learning modules for Nepali and English, including vocabulary games, grammar exercises, and reading comprehension activities.
• Adapt and localize content for multiple languages, including Nepali, English, and other local languages.
• Collaborate with educators, subject‑matter experts, and technology teams to ensure pedagogical soundness and usability.

Required profile

• Creative and passionate about digital education.
• Ability to make complex concepts graspable through interactive and multimedia approaches.
• Experience designing student‑centered, inclusive learning experiences.
