Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring their marketing objectives are met through strategic planning, content creation, and campaign execution. You will build long‑term relationships, keep clients informed, and drive measurable results across social media and paid advertising channels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, understanding goals and expectations.
• Develop content strategies, monthly calendars, and campaign plans aligned with client objectives.
• Create and review copy, captions, scripts, and visual concepts for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Coordinate client feedback, approvals, and revisions to meet delivery timelines.
• Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor engagement and performance metrics.
• Support Meta advertising activities, including audience targeting, budget monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Prepare creative briefs and collaborate with designers, videographers, editors, and other internal teams.
• Track campaign deliverables, manage external partners, and produce monthly performance reports.
• Utilise AI tools for content creation, research, reporting, and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, social media, or client servicing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
