Digital Marketing Specialist – Full‑Time, Kathmandu

About the role

Bagmati Commercial is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow its online presence. You will lead end‑to‑end campaigns, create compelling content, and use data‑driven insights to boost e‑commerce sales and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise digital campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Manage the full content pipeline – ideation, shooting/design, editing, and publishing for both organic and paid media.
• Analyse performance data to improve reach, engagement, lead generation and ROI.
• Support e‑commerce growth through targeted promotions and funnel optimisation.
• Coordinate part‑time and full‑time resources for shoots and campaign execution.
• Track KPIs (reach, conversions, CPL, ROAS) and deliver daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising and operations to align campaigns with product availability.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in trading, retail, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of scaling online sales channels.
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable with reporting dashboards.
• Experience coordinating freelance or part‑time talent is a plus.
• Based in or near Kathmandu.
