Executive/Officer - Packaging

About the role

The Executive/Officer - Packaging will lead daily packaging operations, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficient use of resources. This position coordinates cross‑functional teams to meet production targets while maintaining compliance with manufacturing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise packaging lines, allocate manpower, and coordinate with Planning, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance.
• Monitor line performance, reduce material waste, equipment downtime, and improve overall productivity.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and support internal and external audits.
• Lead preventive maintenance activities and oversee line changeovers and cleaning schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging operations, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods manufacturing.
• Strong problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis, and team leadership abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Packaging machinery operation and troubleshooting.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge.
• Familiarity with ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Production planning and material management.
