Head of Marketing – Beverage Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to drive brand strategy, consumer activations, and market expansion for our beverage portfolio. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will own trade marketing, brand campaigns, media planning, and product activation initiatives across Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel ATL/BTL campaigns, packaging concepts, and seasonal activations to maximize brand exposure.
• Partner with sales teams to design high‑impact trade promotions, POSM collateral, and modern‑trade/HORECA marketing drives.
• Lead social media, influencer collaborations, event sponsorships, and consumer sampling to boost product trial.
• Allocate and manage the annual marketing budget, track performance metrics, and ensure optimal ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–6+ years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG, beverage or food/CPG sectors.
• Deep knowledge of Nepal’s trade channels, distributor marketing and consumer behavior.
• Proven track record of executing high‑impact promotional campaigns and managing external creative agencies.
• Strong negotiation, budget management and communication abilities.
