Head of Marketing – Lead Strategy & Growth

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the overall marketing function, develop and execute strategy, manage multidisciplinary teams and budgets, and ensure marketing initiatives directly contribute to business growth and revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans and KPIs.
• Lead E‑commerce Growth & Performance Marketing, Brand & Campaigns, and Creative & Content functions.
• Manage and develop functional heads, marketing specialists, and external partners.
• Plan and manage the overall marketing budget and resource allocation.
• Identify customer, market, and revenue‑growth opportunities using business data.
• Monitor customer acquisition, retention, conversion, ROAS, CAC, revenue, and brand performance.
• Evaluate marketing ROI and optimise investments based on performance.
• Coordinate with E‑commerce, Sales, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Product, and Operations teams.
• Support product launches, brand launches, campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Manage agencies, creators, vendors and other marketing partners.
• Establish regular marketing reporting and present performance insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in at least one core discipline: E‑commerce Growth & Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing & Campaigns or Creative & Content.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, analytics, budgeting, customer acquisition and retention.
• Preferred experience in e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, consumer products, health, beauty or similar industries.
• Strong commercial thinking, leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
