About the role

The Hindi Language Assistant will support the daily operations of the Language Lab programs, focusing on the Hindi‑to‑English initiative. You will ensure high‑quality content, coordinate mentor sessions, and manage digital learning assets across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in mentor sessions, providing operational support.
• Conduct content verification, review, and regular updates.
• Maintain and strengthen the digital presence of learning content across platforms.
• Coordinate and manage mentor sessions for the Hindi‑to‑English program.
• Perform daily content mapping and updates on Ambition Guru.
• Support operational activities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth program execution.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in both English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Hindi language and the Indian market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple responsibilities.
