About the role

The Hindi Language Assistant supports the Hindi‑to‑English learning program by ensuring high‑quality content, coordinating mentor sessions, and maintaining a strong digital presence across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in mentor sessions, providing operational support.
• Conduct content verification, review, and regular updates.
• Maintain and strengthen the digital presence of learning content across platforms.
• Coordinate and manage mentor sessions for the Hindi‑to‑English program.
• Perform daily content mapping and updates on Ambition Guru.
• Support operational activities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth program execution.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in both English and Hindi with effective communication skills.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Hindi language.
• Understanding of the Indian market and user context.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong coordination and organizational capabilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage content‑related tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple responsibilities.
