About the role

We are looking for an HR & Finance Administrator to support both human resources and finance functions. The role involves handling inquiries, maintaining records, assisting recruitment, and preparing reports.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to internal and external HR inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Maintain personnel records, including payroll, personal information, leaves, and turnover rates.
  • Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, shortlisting, and issuing contracts.
  • Coordinate training sessions, seminars, and onboarding activities.
  • Produce and submit regular HR activity reports.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related field with at least 1 year of experience (or intermediate qualification with 5 years).
  • Knowledge of HR and financial management practices.
  • Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
