Job description
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical training programs for service technicians, workshop staff, and other relevant employees and stakeholders.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, tools, equipment, training rooms, and other resources required for effective technical training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, certifications, feedback, and employee training history; prepare regular training MIS reports.
- Support trainers during practical and classroom sessions, including vehicle/product demonstrations, technical exercises, assessments, and hands‑on activities.
- Coordinate post‑training evaluations, track employee competency and certification status, identify training gaps, and support continuous improvement of technical training programs.
Required profile
- Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
- 1 year of relevant experience (a plus).
