Last Mile Hub Manager – Logistics

About the role

The Last Mile Hub Manager will oversee daily hub operations, ensuring smooth delivery processes and high performance of the DEX (delivery) team. This role combines operational leadership, performance monitoring, and continuous training to meet service level agreements and maintain a strong customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day hub activities and maintain accurate records of pending shipments.
• Lead regular stand‑up meetings and training sessions for DEX heroes on delivery SOPs, issue tagging, and ground challenges.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve customer issues and handle grievances.
• Monitor DEX hero performance through dashboards and enforce SLA/KPI compliance.
• Perform financial and package reconciliation on a daily basis.
• Communicate with feeding facilities to align daily plans and ensure timely dispatch.
• Oversee 5S/6S implementation and enforce SOP adherence throughout the facility.
• Promote Daraz culture and values within the hub team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience managing a large operational team.
• Strong spoken and written English proficiency.

Required skills

• Intermediate‑level Microsoft Excel.
