Marketing Head – International Student Marketing

About the role

This senior position will lead B2C service marketing initiatives for AECC’s international student programmes. You will work daily with digital channels, collaborate with global leaders, and manage a worldwide team to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise B2C service marketing knowledge and passion for digital channels on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with global leaders to improve internal campaign functions and stakeholder service.
• Lead and coach teams worldwide to deliver structured, measured campaigns.
• Apply ahead‑of‑trend digital marketing expertise to keep AECC competitive.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of allocated projects, creating and updating project tools as needed.
• Act as the main point of contact for coordinating major campaigns with external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, focusing on international student marketing in higher education or FMCG.
• Team player and project leader capable of working independently and within a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data‑driven decision making.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related discipline (advantageous).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication confidence.
