Marketing Manager – Paints & Coatings

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives for our paints and coatings business. The role combines brand building, dealer engagement, and digital activation to boost market visibility and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and monitor ATL campaigns across TV, radio, print and outdoor media.
• Lead BTL activities such as dealer activations, roadshows, product launches and promotional events.
• Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, email, SEO/SEM and online advertising.
• Organise dealer meets, painter meets, contractor and architect engagement programs, influencer events and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with sales to design trade marketing actions that drive revenue.
• Oversee branding materials, POSM, merchandising and in‑store visibility.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer insight studies.
• Control marketing budgets, track KPIs and produce performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in paints, coatings, building materials or FMCG.
• Proven track record in ATL, BTL, trade and digital marketing.
• Experience managing dealer, painter and contractor engagement programs.
• Strong understanding of branding, consumer behaviour and marketing analytics.
