MERN Stack Instructor

About the role

Mindrisers Institute of Technologies is looking for a passionate MERN Stack Instructor to deliver part-time full-stack web development training. You will teach both front-end and back-end technologies, mentor aspiring developers and help them build industry-ready portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training sessions covering MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js and core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, ES6+ JavaScript).
• Explain concepts such as RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, CRUD operations, state management, asynchronous programming and database optimization.
• Conduct hands-on coding labs, theoretical lectures and real-world project work.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship, code reviews and feedback to improve debugging and programming skills.
• Create assignments, quizzes, practical exercises and assess student projects and portfolios.
• Maintain attendance records, progress reports and ensure an engaging classroom environment.
• Continuously update curriculum and teaching materials to reflect emerging web technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience developing with the MERN stack or teaching similar courses.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring learners.
