Module Leader – Leading Organisations in a Changing Global Context

About the role

ACE International Business School seeks a Module Leader to deliver the "Leading Organisations in a Changing Global Context" module. The role involves guiding students through leadership theory, organisational change, culture, and ethical responsibility within diverse, global business environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and assess module content covering leadership theories, change management, stakeholder analysis, organisational culture, and responsible leadership.
• Facilitate reflective learning, self‑assessment, and analytical skill development.
• Provide student support, mentorship, and feedback throughout the semester.
• Ensure academic quality, coordinate with faculty, and continuously enhance the module.
• Contribute to curriculum development and uphold responsible leadership (PRME) perspectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Leadership, HRM, Organisational Behaviour, Management, Business Administration, Change Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of leadership theories, organisational behaviour and change management.
• Ability to link theory with real‑world organisational and global business contexts.
• Knowledge of organisational culture, stakeholder management, power dynamics and employee engagement.
• Experience facilitating reflective learning and supporting students’ leadership development.
• Excellent academic communication, classroom facilitation and student engagement skills.
• Prior higher‑education teaching experience preferred; at least one year in an international or transnational programme is a plus.
