Module Leader – Understanding Data

About the role

ACE International Business School is seeking a Module Leader to teach the Understanding Data module to undergraduate students. The role focuses on data literacy, basic statistics, data visualisation, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and workshops covering data in academia, business and everyday life.
• Design and grade assessments, ensuring academic quality.
• Provide student support and guidance throughout the module.
• Continuously enhance module content based on feedback and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Research Methods, Data Analytics, Information Management, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of data literacy, basic descriptive statistics and research methods.
• Ability to explain quantitative concepts clearly to undergraduate students.
• Excellent academic communication and classroom facilitation skills.
• At least one year of teaching experience in an international or transnational higher‑education programme is preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel, data visualisation, AI tools and digital learning environments is desirable.
