Multi Destination Counselor – Full‑time

About the role

Global Dreams Educational Consultancy is seeking a full‑time Multi Destination Counselor to join its Kathmandu office. You will guide prospective students and their families through the entire study‑abroad journey, helping them select suitable countries, universities, and programmes that match their academic background and career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one counseling sessions with students and families.
• Explain admission criteria, visa requirements, and documentation processes for multiple international destinations.
• Assist applicants in preparing and submitting complete application packages.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using the company’s CRM and student management system.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Provide ongoing follow‑up and support throughout the admission cycle.
• Stay updated on changes in international education policies and visa regulations.
• Participate in promotional events and outreach activities to enhance the consultancy’s visibility.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for unbiased counseling across multiple study destinations.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle several applications simultaneously.
• Attention to detail in record‑keeping and document preparation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment and uphold ethical counseling practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; qualifications in education, counseling, or related fields are preferred.
