Relationship Officer (HR Services)

About the role

The Relationship Officer will work full‑time on‑site in Kathmandu, acting as the primary liaison between Abasar Nepal’s client organisations and job candidates. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality HR services, ensuring clear communication, and fostering long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client HR needs and translate them into recruitment solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver payroll, benefits, and other BPO services.
• Support recruitment and placement activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Follow up on service quality, gather feedback, and address issues promptly.
• Prepare basic financial and service‑related documentation, including billing.
• Contribute to sales and business‑development initiatives by identifying opportunities.
• Provide responsive customer service to both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Strong business relationship management and patience in handling client interactions.
• Excellent communication skills for clear, professional exchanges.
• Foundational finance knowledge for documentation, billing, and reporting.
• Sales aptitude to promote HR solutions and support growth initiatives.
• Relevant experience in HR services, recruitment, or client‑facing roles.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with common office software and willingness to learn HR and BPO systems.
