Senior Marketing Officer – Tiles Industry

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Officer to lead marketing initiatives for a leading tiles manufacturer. The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, and event management across both B2B and B2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute ATL, BTL and TTL marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Manage B2B and B2C marketing activities, dealer engagement and market promotions.
• Organise events, exhibitions, product launches, dealer meets and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, dealers and internal teams for seamless campaign delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports.
• Support digital and social media marketing initiatives.
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in tiles, building materials, construction or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, TTL, B2B/B2C marketing and event management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and project‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel for market visits and events.
