Social Media Marketing Specialist (Mid-Level)

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist (Mid‑Level) will join Namaste Cargo Nepal’s marketing team in Kathmandu. You will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging content that showcases the company’s brand, services and the stories of Nepalese artisans across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy.
• Research emerging trends and propose fresh ideas for social campaigns.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably within logistics or related sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented, creative and able to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Proficiency in social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and translate findings into actionable improvements.
