Supply Chain Assistant (Branch Operations & Inventory)

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to support branch operations and inventory management. The role involves regular visits to our branches, verifying stock levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining optimal inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct branch visits and perform inventory audits, verifying FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
• Monitor stock levels at each branch, assist in maintaining optimal inventory, and support inventory improvement projects.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all inventory transactions, track pending transfers, and coordinate timely completions.
• Prepare detailed reports after each visit, including stock discrepancy analysis and root‑cause findings.
• Participate in annual stock audits, support ERP inventory updates, and assist with any ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical mindset, high integrity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently to branches across Nepal.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems for inventory management.
