UK University Interview Counselor Assistant

About the role

The UK University Interview Counselor Assistant will support students in preparing for UK university interviews. Working under senior counselors, you will conduct mock interviews, clarify common questions, and boost students' confidence and communication skills to help them succeed in real interview settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular UK university interview preparation and mock interview sessions.
• Prepare students for Pre‑CAS, credibility checks, and university interviews.
• Explain typical interview questions and guide students to craft clear, genuine answers.
• Assess communication, confidence, and interview performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Coordinate interview schedules and requirements with counselors and students.
• Assist with application documentation, follow‑ups, and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain professional communication with students and university representatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of the UK education system and university interview process.
• Confidence in delivering one‑to‑one and group interview preparation sessions.
• Excellent English presentation skills.
• Good organizational and follow‑up capabilities.
• Previous experience in UK counseling, student services, or interview preparation is preferred.
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in English and Nepali.
