Brand Manager – Lead Brand Positioning & Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to shape and strengthen our brand’s market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining brand positioning, ensuring consistent communication across all channels, and leading strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Drive brand awareness, visibility and consistency through integrated campaigns and activations.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives and brand events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights and growth opportunities.
• Create and maintain clear brand messaging across all marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, sales teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Track campaign performance, generate regular reports and optimise tactics based on data.
• Manage brand budgets, timelines and deliverables while meeting quality standards.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking with a solid understanding of brand positioning and market research.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with marketing and analytics tools.
