Brand Marketing Executive (Full-time, Kathmandu)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Brand Marketing Executive to join our team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on developing and executing brand and marketing strategies to strengthen our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of brand and marketing strategies, including campaign planning and promotion coordination.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and analyse marketing performance data to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales teams, distributors and retail partners to roll out trade‑marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Create, review and maintain marketing materials, and manage social media and digital campaigns as required.
• Assist in organising events, product launches and in‑store branding projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience or internship in brand management.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Nepali with excellent written and verbal communication.
