Branding & Marketing Strategist

About the role

The Branding & Marketing Strategist will lead the creation and execution of integrated brand and marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and market trends. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on creative development, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies, campaign concepts, and integrated marketing solutions based on client briefs and market research.
• Produce pitch decks, campaign stories, and creative proposals for new business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships, translate feedback into actionable briefs, and oversee project timelines.
• Create storylines, scripts, and content for digital videos, TVCs, social media, and brand films while guiding creative teams.
• Coordinate production activities including photoshoots, video shoots, brand activations, and events, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards.
• Collaborate across strategy, creative, design, social, and production teams to drive projects from concept to final delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in branding, marketing, advertising or an agency environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, creative ideation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and client‑management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast‑paced agency setting.
