Content Strategist – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, creative, and analytically minded Content Strategist to own the content strategy function for our clients, from audits to tailored plans and performance measurement. You will collaborate closely with creative, social media, and business development teams to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive content strategies and monthly/quarterly calendars for hospitality, lifestyle and corporate brands.
• Conduct content audits, define pillars, brand voice guidelines and messaging frameworks.
• Stay current with algorithm changes on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube and adjust formats, posting schedules and hashtags.
• Design engagement‑driving content, create caption frameworks and oversee community‑management guidelines.
• Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and demonstrate ROI.
• Collaborate with business development on pitches, brief creative teams and participate in client presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social‑media platforms and their algorithms.
• Proven ability to build and execute content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
• Proficiency with social‑media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later or Hootsuite.
• Experience using analytics tools like Meta Insights or Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English.
