E-Commerce Executive – Product Listings & Marketplace Management

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive E‑Commerce Executive to oversee product listings and daily operations on Daraz and other e‑commerce platforms. The role involves managing catalog information, coordinating with marketplace representatives and internal teams, and ensuring accurate product data across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, upload and update product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing and other listing details on Daraz and additional marketplaces.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product prices, stock levels, promotions and catalogue information using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with the Daraz team on listings, campaigns, promotions, pricing, stock and order issues.
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse and Finance departments to synchronize inventory, product data and order status.
• Monitor listings for correct categorisation, visibility and accuracy, and resolve any marketplace‑related issues.
• Support Daraz mega‑sales, promotional activities and other marketplace initiatives.
• Track basic e‑commerce performance metrics such as sales, inventory and listing updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience working with Daraz or similar e‑commerce/marketplace platforms.
• Hands‑on experience in product listing, catalog management, pricing and stock updates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple product listings accurately.
• Excellent communication, coordination and follow‑up skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Previous direct coordination with Daraz or other marketplace representatives is an advantage.
