Field Marketing Representative – Onboard Businesses & Build Partnerships

About the role

Mero Rating is seeking an energetic Field Marketing Representative to act as the brand’s on‑ground ambassador in Kathmandu. You will help new businesses get started with our platform, strengthen local partnerships, and execute marketing initiatives that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new businesses and guide them through the Mero Rating setup.
• Design and implement field marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Build and nurture relationships with business partners and local stakeholders.
• Represent Mero Rating at meetings, events, and on‑site visits.
• Collect market insights and feedback to refine outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with the central marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably field marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and onboard partners.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Basic understanding of marketing strategy and brand positioning.
