Food and Beverage Server

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Food & Beverage Server to join our hospitality team. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with up to one year of experience or fresh graduates who are passionate about the hotel and hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests politely and professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining service standards.
• Assist guests with menu questions and provide basic recommendations.
• Keep tables and service areas clean, organized, and properly set.
• Monitor guest needs, respond promptly, and coordinate with kitchen and other departments.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards.
• Support opening and closing duties, including setting up and clearing dining areas.
• Assist the team during busy periods, events, and special functions.

Required profile

• Minimum education: +2 or equivalent; hospitality‑related education is a plus.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in food & beverage, restaurant, café, or hotel service.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn, work in a team, and adapt to shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
