Graphic & Video Designer / Editor (Full‑time, Kathmandu)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic and Video Designer / Editor to join our Kathmandu office. You will craft visual assets that support our student recruitment campaigns and education‑fair promotions across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics for social media, websites, presentations, brochures and other marketing materials.
• Plan, shoot, edit and animate promotional videos, testimonials, event highlights and informational clips.
• Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to develop concepts and ensure brand consistency.
• Adapt and optimise visual content for various platforms and formats.
• Manage media asset libraries, meet project deadlines and contribute ideas to improve visual communication strategy.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design background with proven ability to create engaging visual content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience in video production and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Skills in motion graphics, layout design and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of social‑media content creation and basic digital‑marketing principles.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management and ability to work collaboratively.
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience; experience in education consultancy is a plus.
