About the role
We are seeking a motivated Logistics Assistant to join our team in Kathmandu. The role involves supporting daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth movement of goods, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and track delivery status.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and customs paperwork as needed.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve issues.
- Support the logistics team in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply‑chain related role.
- Based in Naxal, Kathmandu, with ability to work on‑site.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
