Marketing Lead (Digital & Traditional Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data‑driven Marketing Lead to own and execute our integrated marketing roadmap. The role blends high‑performance digital campaigns with impactful on‑ground, traditional brand initiatives to drive user and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and monitor annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with growth targets.
• Lead paid performance channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads) and organic channels (SEO, email and content marketing), optimizing targeting, attribution and conversion funnels.
• Plan and manage offline initiatives such as campus activations, industry events, OOH, print, radio/TV media buys and experiential street activations.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle from ideation to post‑campaign analytics, guiding creative teams to produce high‑converting assets.
• Build and nurture institutional partnerships with colleges, universities and corporate employers, and manage vendor and agency relationships.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary marketing teams and managing campaign budgets.
• Ability to translate business goals into measurable growth metrics.
• Strong analytical orientation, comfortable with performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA and CTR.
