Marketing Lead – Online Initiatives

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead – Online Initiatives to drive our digital growth. The role will own the end‑to‑end online marketing journey, from building brand awareness to converting users into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google, Meta and other platforms.
• Manage social media channels, content calendars and online community engagement.
• Create engaging digital content such as posts, videos, campaigns and case studies.
• Oversee SEO, website content, landing pages and conversion optimisation.
• Build and manage partnerships with creators, influencers, media platforms and communities.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to support lead generation and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and optimise activities.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure measurable business results.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing.
• Strong communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Interest in AI, technology and digital innovation.
