Marketing Lead – Product & Training Initiatives

About the role

We are seeking a confident and engaging Marketing Lead to drive product and training initiatives. You will represent the company through workshops, webinars, product demos and educational content, helping diverse audiences understand how to use AI effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, webinars and live product demonstrations.
• Conduct sessions for businesses, colleges, universities, professional communities and other institutions.
• Create product tutorials, explainers, presentations and educational content.
• Develop video content for YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Represent the company at events, workshops, panels and community programmes.
• Prepare training materials, session plans, guides, FAQs and learning resources.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, partners and community leaders to ensure accurate product communication.
• Gather participant feedback and support follow‑up activities to encourage product adoption.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to support lead generation and user onboarding.
• Build and improve training programmes and community initiatives based on audience needs.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in training, facilitation, education, product marketing, content creation, events or community engagement.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and public speaking abilities.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Ability to explain technical or complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
• Experience conducting workshops, webinars, product demonstrations or training programmes.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating educational video content.
• Interest in AI, technology and digital innovation.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends.
