Marketing Lead – Product & Training Initiatives

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to own product‑focused training initiatives. You will design, deliver and continuously improve workshops, webinars, live demos and educational content for a variety of audiences, from businesses to academic institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, webinars and live product demonstrations.
• Create product tutorials, explainers, presentations and other educational materials.
• Produce video content for YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Represent the company at events, panels and community programmes.
• Prepare training guides, FAQs, session plans and learning resources.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, partners and community leaders to ensure accurate product communication.
• Gather participant feedback and support follow‑up activities to drive product adoption.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to support lead generation and onboarding.
• Build and refine training programmes and community initiatives based on audience needs.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in training, facilitation, education, product marketing, content creation, events or community engagement.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and public‑speaking abilities.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Ability to simplify technical or complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and producing educational video content.
• Interest in AI, technology and digital innovation.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends.
