Marketing Officer – Brand & Campaign Lead

About the role

Third Factor AI is building an authenticity layer for the internet, focusing on AI‑powered identity verification for digital wallets, banks and fintechs. We are seeking a proactive Marketing Officer who can turn strategy into execution and help build our brand from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and go‑to‑market activities.
• Coordinate with design, SEO, advertising and other marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage vendors, agencies, event partners and other external stakeholders.
• Organise events, exhibitions, conferences and brand activations.
• Create and coordinate marketing content such as social media posts, product explainers, presentations, blogs and promotional materials.
• Represent Third Factor at industry events and engagements.
• Translate complex AI‑based identity verification concepts into simple, engaging communication.
• Support marketing initiatives targeting digital wallets, banks, fintechs and remittance companies.
• Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis and campaign performance tracking.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to maintain consistent messaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, product or brand marketing.
• Strong execution and project coordination abilities.
• Experience working with vendors, agencies or external partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content (advantageous).
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for a broad audience.
• Highly organised, multitasking and able to work under pressure.
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership beyond the defined role.
