Retail Marketing Officer – In‑Store Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Retail Marketing Officer to plan and execute in‑store promotions, branding, and events that boost brand visibility and drive footfall across our retail locations in Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement retail marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
• Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and location‑specific activities.
• Manage in‑store branding assets such as signboards, posters, window displays, and POS materials.
• Conduct market visits to monitor campaign execution, store presentation, and competitor activity.
• Oversee the design, production, printing, and distribution of marketing materials and POSM.
• Maintain inventory of brochures, leaflets, and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, vendors, and external agencies to ensure timely execution.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on market visits and branding activities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in retail marketing, BTL, or brand activation.
• Strong coordination and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
