Security Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead the hotel’s security team to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk. This role combines daily operational oversight with emergency response and coordination across all hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations, including patrols, access control, and CCTV monitoring.
• Brief, motivate and schedule security staff to maintain high vigilance and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and provide accurate incident reports.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, F&B, HR and other departments on safety concerns.
• Support emergency procedures, evacuation plans, fire safety and crisis response protocols.
• Assist with crowd control, VIP movements, and security for events, conferences and weddings.
• Liaise with local police, fire services and emergency agencies when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or similar security environment, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV systems and incident documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with multiple hotel departments.
