Senior Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Digital Marketing Officer to boost brand visibility and generate leads for our manufacturing business. The role involves planning, executing and continuously improving digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation and product promotion.
• Manage and update website pages, social media platforms and landing pages.
• Coordinate content workflows from idea to publishing, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and produce regular reports for management.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms, setting clear targets and budgets.
• Support sales and product teams with digital collateral, creatives and lead‑tracking outputs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and organise the asset library.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to manage stress, prioritise tasks and meet publishing deadlines.
• Strong work ethic with consistent execution and ongoing optimisation.
• Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting, using dashboards to evaluate results.
• Working knowledge of paid advertising platforms, including targeting, ad testing and optimisation.
• Experience with content development and publishing workflows.
