Social Media Handler – Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Social Media Handler to drive paid advertising initiatives and generate high-quality leads for B&G Education. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with creative collaboration to turn ad spend into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok to acquire qualified leads.
• Design marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
• Coordinate promotional events and activities to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain the content calendar and work closely with graphic designers, videographers and editors to produce campaign assets.
• Write compelling captions and messaging that reflect the brand voice.
• Monitor ad performance, lead quality and ROI, adjusting tactics to improve CPL, CTR and conversion rates.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages.
• Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms, ad tools and industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience running paid social media campaigns and delivering measurable lead-generation results.
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable with ad metrics such as CPL, CTR and conversions.
• Ability to coordinate with creative teams and manage multiple projects.
• Portfolio showcasing past campaign performance.
