Social Media Marketing Lead

About the role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage day‑to‑day team operations and oversee social media delivery for our clients. You’ll plan marketing activities with clients, guide the team producing their content, and ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily and weekly work across the content, design, and video teams.
• Develop marketing plans, campaigns, and content calendars based on each client’s goals.
• Oversee client social media accounts, including creatives, captions, reels, videos, and publishing.
• Brief and review content, coordinate shoots and editing, and manage client approvals.
• Lead client communication, provide regular updates, and understand changing requirements.
• Handle client concerns and dissatisfaction promptly, working with the team to resolve issues.
• Track campaign and content performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Report team progress, client feedback, results, and challenges to senior management.

Required profile

• Experience managing digital marketing and social media for multiple clients.
• Experience leading a creative or marketing team.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, content production, and short‑form video.
• Clear client communication and the ability to handle feedback professionally.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
